Q: Can you please provide general overview of the project?
A: The Capitol Flats apartment homes will be the newest urban apartment community in Santa Fe with a very high walkability factor to places like Natural Groceries, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Ohoris Coffee, Walgreens andThe Railyard (Violet Crown Cinema, REI etc.) and many more retail sites within a few minutes walk. This 4-story project will have tremendous views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains, the city’s plaza area and state capitol. It is located adjacent to Natural Grocery’s at Cordova and Pen Rd. and is across the street from the South Capitol Rail Runner Station. Q: What will be the monthly rent range for units and what is the parking situation?
A: Actual rental rates will be determined early next year, but we expect rents to start around $980/month for our studios and around $1,295/month for one bedroom units. Two bedroom units vary in size and will start at approximately $1,970/ month.
Rates will vary based on location, views, and other factors. Parking will be assigned and for open parking there is no additional charge. For those residents wishing for “covered” or “garage” parking there will be a monthly additional charge. Capitol Flats is a gated community and will benefit from various parking arrangements residents can choose from.
